Cancellation Policy

Reservation Confirmation: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and online payment systems. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded. Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled pick-up location without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrivals and will adjust the pick-up time accordingly in case of delays. No additional charges will be applied for flight delays. Liability: Airporter.pro is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. We are committed to providing alternative transportation in case of a vehicle breakdown. Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Airporter.pro reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate behavior. Luggage: Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or special requirements. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Airporter.pro is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
